OMEGA K9 REFUND, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Omega K9 strives to maintain fairness and transparency in our cancellation and refund policies.

  • Product Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened products. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
  • Subscription Services: For subscriptions to recurring orders (e.g., raw food delivery), customers may cancel or modify their subscription anytime before the next scheduled shipment. No refunds will be provided for past shipments.
  • Custom Orders: Custom products or special orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the product, please contact us for assistance.
  • In-Store Purchases: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective items only within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be provided.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

  • Corporate Orders: We offer bulk purchasing options for corporate clients. Orders require a minimum of 10 units. The final order count should be confirmed two weeks before shipping. If cancellations occur within 10 business days of shipment, a 50% charge will apply. Orders can be rescheduled with a 25% fee.
  • Invoicing: Corporate training sessions or bulk orders may require invoicing after completion. For out-of-town deliveries, travel fees may apply. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, and a 2% monthly late fee will apply for overdue payments.
