At Omega K9, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to ensure the best possible health and well-being for your pets. General Policies
At Omega K9, we prioritize creating a safe and professional environment for all customers and staff. Our policies are designed to maintain the highest standards in pet care and customer service.
- Footwear: To ensure cleanliness in our store and training areas, no outdoor shoes or shoes with heels are permitted in our pet care areas. Please wear clean, indoor footwear or socks.
- Pets: For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the store or on premises unless they are receiving service or have prior permission.
- Respect: We ask that all customers treat staff and fellow patrons with the utmost respect and kindness. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Smoking & Vaping: Smoking, vaping, or any activity that may negatively affect the health of others is prohibited on Omega K9 premises.
- Product Integrity: We stand by the quality of all our products. If you have any concerns about the products you purchase, please contact us directly for assistance.
Violations of these policies may result in a warning or removal from the premises. Continued non-compliance will lead to further action.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Omega K9 strives to maintain fairness and transparency in our cancellation and refund policies.
- Product Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened products. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
- Subscription Services: For subscriptions to recurring orders (e.g., raw food delivery), customers may cancel or modify their subscription anytime before the next scheduled shipment. No refunds will be provided for past shipments.
- Custom Orders: Custom products or special orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with the product, please contact us for assistance.
- In-Store Purchases: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective items only within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be provided.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
- Corporate Orders: We offer bulk purchasing options for corporate clients. Orders require a minimum of 10 units. The final order count should be confirmed two weeks before shipping. If cancellations occur within 10 business days of shipment, a 50% charge will apply. Orders can be rescheduled with a 25% fee.
- Invoicing: Corporate training sessions or bulk orders may require invoicing after completion. For out-of-town deliveries, travel fees may apply. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date, and a 2% monthly late fee will apply for overdue payments.
Privacy & Information Policy
At Omega K9, we respect your privacy and ensure your data is protected. This policy outlines the information we collect and how we handle it.
- Information Collection: We collect essential information for order processing and customer service, such as names, contact details, and pet-specific needs. We securely store your data for up to two years, in accordance with relevant regulations, before securely destroying it.
- Email Communication: Your email address will be used for order-related communications. You can opt-out of email communications at any time.
- Third-Party Sharing: Omega K9 does not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted partners, such as Grassroots K9 Edmonton, when necessary to fulfill your orders, provide services, or process payments. These partners are required to comply with our privacy standards and protect your data.
