Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer dog food subscriptions?

At this time we do not, but we are moving towards offering a dog food monthly subscriptions.  We hope to have this launched in January 2025 to better service our customers needs.

Can I return my opened product?

Opened product can be returned but no refund or exchange will be offered.  We will take the returned product and donate it to a local animal shelter and or charity.

Can I return unopened product?

Unopened product can be returned and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Do you have sample packs?

Sample packs or ration bags are available for a small fee.  If you are new to our food supplier please consider sample packs first to determine which food your pet prefers.

Do you offer Delivery?

Delivery is not yet available.  When available charges apply to all deliveries.

Delivery will be offered from our delivery agent Monday to Friday.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No delivery is available or guaranteed on a public holiday.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

No. We will not require signatures for your delivery. Deliveries will be placed at the front door of your place of residence or as instructed in the special delivery notes you provide in your order.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently we do not offer next-day delivery.

What kind of dog training is available?

We offer a wide variety of training:

Can I get a refund for my dog training if I choose not to attend?

As always we want all our participants to attend 100% of the time, but we do understand that life, or circumstances do happen.

Our refund policies ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients. Final decisions on refunds are at the discretion of OMEGA K9 administration.

For cancellations made less than ten(10) business days in advance, a 50% refund is issued if no replacement is found, or a 100% refund if a replacement is found.

Consideration may be given for medical or family emergencies, allowing rescheduling without penalty one time. No refunds will be issued.

We want all our participants to attend 100% of the time, but we understand that life and circumstances can happen.

Are pets permitted in the OMEGA K9 Training Facility?

Dogs are permitted in designated areas of the facility. If a handler requires access to a non-designated area, they must obtain prior permission from the instructor and/or facility staff.

We strictly enforce this policy to ensure the safety of you and your pets. As this is an active facility with numerous activities occurring simultaneously, we aim to provide a safe learning environment for all attendees.

 

 

Is there a facility emergency response plan in case of incident?

Yes. Our staff are trained to respond to emergency situations, and to alert the proper authorities, or support services as needs.

The instructors and building staff are always learning and we welcome feedback from patrons, and participants to better asses or handle future situations.
